We are proud to share that HMK Bilcon has been named a Børsen Gazelle 2025 – a recognition of our sustained growth, commitment, and ability to deliver results in a competitive market.

The Gazelle Award is presented annually by the Danish financial newspaper Børsen to the fastest-growing companies in Denmark. It celebrates those who manage to combine growth with solid operations and forward-looking strategies. For us at HMK Bilcon, the award is proof that our strategy is working, and that our daily efforts in product optimization, focus on high quality, delivery reliability, and innovation truly make a difference for our customers.

What does it take to become a Børsen Gazelle?
To be named a Gazelle company, a business must meet several strict criteria that ensure only the most growth-strong companies are considered:

• Company type: Only public limited companies (A/S) and private limited companies (ApS) are included in the assessment.
• Accounting period: At least four annual financial statements must be published. Financial years deviating from 12 months are excluded.
• Revenue and growth: The company must have had positive growth in net revenue or gross profit each year during the period, and overall, the revenue must have at least doubled over the four years.
• Operating result: A deficit is allowed in one year, but the total operating result over the period must be positive.
• Comparability: Financial figures must be fully comparable. Changes in accounting practices that prevent this will result in exclusion.
• Minimum number of employees: To become a regional winner, the company must have had at least 10 employees in the most recent financial year.

The Gazelle Award is not only a financial recognition; it is also a symbol of progress, job creation, and social responsibility.
