Remote refuelling skid
Description
The Remote Refuelling Skid is designed to support the refuelling of fixed and rotary wing aircraft wherever reliable fuel supply is required. By combining pumping, filtration, and power generation in a compact and deployable solution, the system enables aviation fuel capability to be established close to the point of use.
Developed for modern military operations, the Remote Refuelling Skid supports deployments where mobility, flexibility and rapid repositioning of refuelling capability are critical. By moving fuel supply closer to operational requirements, distances between logistics and operations can be reduced, helping improve responsiveness and the efficient use of available resources. The integrated drive unit can operate on both NATO Single Fuel (F-34) and diesel, providing greater flexibility in fuel supply.
Designed for safe and dependable operation in varying conditions, the system incorporates integrated fuel quality control systems to ensure a reliable supply of aviation fuel in accordance with industry standards, while the robust construction and Arctic operating capability ensure dependable performance in demanding environments.
Built on HMK Bilcon’s extensive experience in fuel handling and refuelling solutions for the defence sector, the Remote Refuelling Skid is engineered to meet the demands of mobility, operational flexibility and reliable field operation. The system enables refuelling capability to be established wherever it is needed and supports both temporary and permanent operating locations.
