Fill in the form below. The more detailed the form is filled in, the faster we can get the case processed.

Photo documentation is attached to the form, which is sent to our claims department.

When spare parts are sent to us, send a printout of the receipt email with the spare part to:

It is important that all information is filled in, otherwise the part will be returned at the customer’s expense!

    Warranty
    Applicable warranty is stated in the terms of sale.

    Improvement
    According to terms of sale.

    HMK Bilcon reserves the right to reject expenses if a repair is carried out without prior agreement

    Completion of complaint
    HMK Bilcon invoices the customer for the replacement parts sent.

    Unless otherwise agreed, the complaint parts are sent to HMK Bilcon together with a printout of the receipt email.

    When HMK Bilcon has received and approved the complaint parts, the customer will be credited.

    If HMK Bilcon does not find faults and deficiencies in the complaint parts, the customer must cover the costs in connection with the complaint themselves
