Doubling activities in 2018 compared to 2017 is the reason why for the second consecutive year we have been able to present a satisfactory annual report, which is partly due to a large order from a Danish customer.
Great progress in underlying operations
Despite strong growth, the result is almost identical to the result for 2017 which was just above 4 million DKK. CEO Peter Jensby explains that the 2018 result shows a noticeable improvement in the underlying operations. A progress that, among other things, has meant that the number of employees has increased from 56 to 86, including 10 apprentices. In addition, we have made more efficient investments in production and working environment, which resulted in a GREEN SMILEY 2018 from the Danish Working Environment Authority.
“In addition to extensive investments in buildings, machines, IT systems, security, education and health, we have invested in several energy optimizations, so that energy consumption will be reduced by approx. 30% throughout the company. In addition to the environmental aspect, these investments will also benefit the company financially in the future,”
Hard work has paid off
According to the CEO, the annual result and the great progress is the result of hard work from all employees.
“We have worked intensively to streamline our production and improve our products. This has resulted in standardization of products, development of new products and relaunching and selling of improved products. And these are long-term strategic initiatives that must contribute to continued progress.”
Peter Jensby states that the first orders for the relaunched products were signed in 2018 and will be delivered in 2019.
